I do not regret choosing resident of the sky for this trip. Zandi is professional and very friendly.
She made our trip flow and we got to do all the activities we’ve always wanted to do in Dubai.
And mostly that everyone was included.
I’m definitely joining another group soon.

The entire experience with Residents of the Sky exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I reached out the team was responsive and knowledgeable. What stood out the most was their attention to detail. We traveled to the UAE during some tension in the Middle East, I love how they assured us and remained calm throughout the entire situation. During the trip everything ran smooth and it was clear they partnered with reliable service providers. Everything was seamlessly organised, which made the journey stress free and enjoyable. We travelled with the host, Zandile…she is so calm and kind. It ddnt even feel like a group trip. Zandi!Zandi! is amazing! We had the best trip ever! She called the day before the trip and said our flights are cancelled! We were packed and ready to go. I almost cried. But I chose to trust her, and 5 minutes later, she called back with a solution with earlier flights! which meant one extra night for us. Everything was amazing and unbelievable. I was so impressed that I am going on another trip arranged by Residents of the Sky. Nthabiseng and Zandi are my go-to people for travel. All I do is show up, they arrange everything! Love them to bits!

My first international trip was truly top tier. From the flights, accommodation and to all the activities, everything was perfect. Our tour guide was helpful, always on time and is a very humble guy. We enjoyed every moment in Zanzibar and left with the pure white hearts.

Was very nervous in the beginning since I was joining a group from SA when I’m from Eswatini as a Solo traveler . Oh my my Zandi was the best and the trip turned out to be the best trip. Everything was organized to the best… hotel, activities, transfers, recommendations for free days…. Her personality was a cherry on top. 10/10 would definitely be booking another trip with Resident of The Sky. Was assisted with visa application and very responsive to all questions before and during the trip. The host gave us luxury at a budget.

I recently travelled with resident of the sky to Thailand as a solo traveller . Our group was lucky enough to travel with the agent herself , ohhhh what a well organised and well curated trip. Their communication is 100 and time again throughout she updates well and keep up posted about our entire itenerary, even suggests activities for our free days ! I enjoyed our vacation .we even received goodie bags with everything a girlie might need on the trip ! She's really a 10/10 minus zero
Honestly 10/10 service from the bookings to the accommodation everything was smooth. We received good bags we loved everything that was inside. The activities we did there were arranged perfectly and we also have free days where we do things we like. Thank you making my trip so easy and unforgettable ❤️
What a thoughtful and kind hostess. She organized a care pack with much needed essentials (fan, bathing gloves, mask) that came in handy given how hot Thailand is. Transportation was well organized and our transfers were so smooth. Our hostess was very responsive to any concerns we raised, and ensured we were well taken care of. Will definitely be travelling with Residents of the Sky again in the future. Got more than my money’s worth. 10/10 minus nothing!!
Resident Of The Sky is simply the best, definitely coming back for private trips. Met a bunch of amazing fellow solo travellers , the best girls trip I’ve ever had. The hotel was beautiful, transport to activities beautiful , I had the best experience overall. The host Zandi , such a sweetheart , she responds quickly to all enquiries and very patient in interacting with people .

Couldn’t have asked for a better and trusted travel agency. From the bookings arrangements, hotel and activities. The service was out of this world , we received goodie bags which we loved especially my girls. We did absolutely nothing just showed up for the trip. On arrival our driver was there waiting for us with cold towels to cooldown , Zanzibar is hot but that made was top as well for us as a family and the wipes too. The hotel was lovely , the food and activities all organised for us well. The team also checked on us during our stay so we were treated very well throughout. Residents of the Sky love your service and keep doing great things. Loved everything about our trip and how it was curated altogether love it❤️

Zandi is the best , we picked the Zanzibar package in a short space of time and she made it happen for us. Everything was seamless. We absolutely love the hotel she chose for us. We also enjoyed the excursion activities she picked and more. She curated a romantic dinner for us and the attention to detail made us feel special and it was highlight of our trip. Zandile is a magician! I had been trying to book a trip for our family myself coz 'how hard can it be!?' When I eventually accepted that it just wasn't coming together I contacted Residents of the sky and explained that we needed to leave in 4 days time! Best decision ever!
